Houman Esmailpour

Houman holds a J.D. and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse, along with an LL.M. in taxation from NYU. His practice focuses on the public sector, where he guides contractors through the entire lifecycle of public works projects, from bid proposals and contract negotiations to labor audits and dispute resolution. Licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Houman also represents subcontractors in complex negligence and delay claims, leveraging his deep expertise in construction law.
